Our Team: Serap Emil
- Leads the dragon boats by ensuring the whole team is on the same pace and time.
- Whether she is on the water or in the classroom, she believes that "Persistence is the twin sister of excellence. One is a matter of quality; and other, a matter of time."
- Experiments with new ideas and learns from others to effectively navigate
both the Willamette River and curriculum mapping.
Serap Emil oversees the localization, customization and the quality of Turkish and bilingual systems. Additionally, she
is a key member of the client support team at Rubicon. A native of Ankara, Turkey, Ms. Emil has a wide range of experience with student learning and program assessment in higher education settings. She is currently working toward her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Portland State University.
