Andrew Elliott brings experience as a computer technician, tester and programmer to his role in maintaining and constructing web applications for Rubicon. He analyzes both external and internal systems and seeks to improve them in any aspect possible. Mr. Elliott has contributed to many of the updates that continue to make Atlas more user friendly.
